Towne Square Jewelers is headed to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania! Yup, that's right Terry and Elena are taking a trip out east to join the rest of the Independent Jewelers Organization for their semi annual conference. As members of IJO, we get the privilege to get together with several hundred other independent jewelry stores from all across the country and share our ideas. This event is great for growing our business and finding new and unique pieces our customers will love!
This event with IJO is our largest buying event for the winter season. Terry and Elena will be hand picking special pieces for our showcases as well as hunting down any ideas you, as our customer, have in mind! Now is your chance, reach out to us with any ideas you may have and we will do our best to find just what you are looking for. There are around 200 different vendors with a wide variety of jewelry, so anything is possible. One of the best things about this event, is the personal contact created with each and every vendor/designer. The Independent Jewelers Organization conference is a place where ideas are shared and future collections are made.
Elena is most looking forward to seeing Midas and even said "Gold is coming back and Midas has the coolest gold fashion." She is looking forward to finding the perfect pieces for all of our customers, including engravable items. Engravable pieces are great for birthdays, anniversaries, or just to hold as a memory. In addition, Elena says the IJO conference is a great place to learn about different and fun promotions for our customers. Yes, promotions, because who doesn't love a good promo!
